Dealer Information Sheet
Space: All tables are 6 feet long by 30 inches wide. All spaces are considered to be approximately 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep. This includes a one (1) foot clearance on each side of the table. The ceiling height is 15 feet. The Dealer Room is in a shortened L shape - 58 feet wide at the widest point on the vertical part of the L, 29 feet at the narrowest in the horizontal part of the L, with a long length (down the horizontal part of the L) of 66 feet total, comprising 3190 square feet. There will be tables on all walls with some islands. The multiple entrances to the Dealer Room are lockable. If you do not need tables, but merely require a space, we ask that you please let us know with your initial request, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Cost and Memberships: Table cost is $80.00 per table. Each Dealer receives two (2) complimentary memberships. If your booth requires additional memberships, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Additional memberships are available at the preregistration price of $33.00. If your initial request for space is accepted, a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) will be required along with your signed dealer contract to hold your space. StellarCon cannot hold Dealer Space without a deposit. The total balance is due by February ??, 2010. Please do not submit any payments until you receive your Dealer Contract. Discounts may be assessed on a case by case basis.
Load In and Room Hours: Dealer load in begins at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 5, 2010. The loading dock is on the same level as the Dealer Room, which is on the ground floor of the Convention Center. Unfortunately, we cannot provide labor for load in or load out. Dealers may, if they wish, get into the Dealer Room one (1) hour earlier than the public on Saturday and Sunday for setup.

Load Out: Dealers should be completely cleared out of the Convention area, including the loading dock, by 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 7, 2010, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
Electrical Access and Wall Space: There is power available in approximately half of the dealer spaces. Spaces with power access are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like wall space, but do not need power access, or if you would like power access, but do not need wall space, please let the Dealer Room Director know in your initial request or as soon as possible thereafter.
Miscellaneous Things to Note: StellarCon cannot guarantee customers or sales, nor does StellarCon grant any terms of exclusivity or other licensing agreement to Dealers, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the dealer contract. There is to be no live merchandise sold in the Dealer Room. Individual Dealers are responsible for all copyright agreements.
StellarCon reserves the right to ask a Dealer to remove any items from their table should StellarCon receive complaints from Convention members. StellarCon is the sole arbiter of what is and is not acceptable behavior from a Dealer.
There is food available in the Con Suite, but we ask that you please keep it there. Please do not have food delivered to the Dealer Room; however you may bring food in yourself. Additionally, the Best Western High Point has a restaurant.
