Meetings
During UNCG‘s academic year, planning meetings for Stellarcon are usually held on Wednesday nights. Over the summer or during breaks, meeting times and locations vary. If you’re interested in helping plan and produce Stellarcon, these meetings are a good place to start.
At full meetings the entire ConCom gathers to report progress, and address topics that needs the input and effort of the whole group. The work sessions are for specific groups of ConCom members to meet to work on tasks that don’t require the full ConCom.

From I-40 East or West (the directions are the same)
Take Guilford College Rd
Turn Left onto Guilford College Rd (towards Jamestown and Highpoint)
1st Right onto Hornaday Road
Immediately turn Right onto Nichols Rd
Turn Left onto Roanne Way (This doesn’t seem like a turn)
Look for Friendship Office Park on the Left
Turn Left into the entrance
After the second building turn left and park
Note: If you feel like you’re looking at a good place to hide the bodies, you’re there, if you feel like you’re standing on the bodies, you’ve gone to far.
